Float Requirements: Yes

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU), including experience within the last year
Experience in Stepdown and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings
Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Education: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Team-oriented with emphasis on good communication skills and flexibility
Dress Code: Navy scrubs; offensive tattoos and non-facility tops are not acceptable

Orientation occurs bi-weekly with upcoming start dates available
Facility is a 154-bed hospital with services including orthopedics, spine, cardiology, general surgery, women’s care, emergency, and behavioral health
Located near Great Smoky Mountains National Park and within driving distance to several major cities (Asheville, Pigeon Forge, Atlanta, Charleston, Knoxville, Columbia, Greenville)
