Location: Gilbert, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Hours per Week: 36 (guaranteed)
Job Description
Provide specialized inpatient rehabilitation therapy to adult patients recovering from neurological, orthopedic, cardiac conditions, and falls. Work with a patient load of approximately 8 patients per therapist, supported by 1-2 assistants and 1 rehab tech. Utilize advanced rehabilitation equipment including Vector, Litegait, Saeto, InMotion ARM, Senaptec Sensory, and Technobody. Documentation is completed at point of care using the UDS electronic health record system.

- Inpatient rehab unit with 40 beds
- Patient population: Adult
- Float option available to a sister facility located 8 miles away
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Additional Details
- Typical diagnoses treated: Neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and fall-related conditions
- Scrub color: Wine
- Parking: Any non-visitor parking in front lot or any spaces in back lot
