Job Details

• Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Float Requirements: Must float within 5 hospital units: Stroke, Comprehensive, Medically Complex, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury
• Patient Population: Adults (18+ years)
• Patient Ratios:

  • Day: Approximately 1 nurse to 6-7 patients
  • Night: Approximately 1 nurse to 8 patients
  • Each nurse is supported by a dedicated tech
• Number of Beds: 81 private rooms
• EHR System: Epic

Required Qualifications

• Licensure: RN licensed in Missouri
• Certifications: BLS (CPR) Certification required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Rehab (Med/Surg) nursing specialty
• Preferred: Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) credential preferred
• Personality Fit: Flexible, collaborative, positive demeanor

Facility & Unit Highlights

Additional Requirements & Notes

• Must comply with facility’s Influenza Vaccination Policy or have an approved exemption (masking required during flu season)
• Scrub color: Black scrubs required
• Must wear agency-provided ID badge
• Report to Charge Nurse at start of shift
