Experience & Certifications

• Required Specialty Experience: Minimum 1 year in Medical-Surgical nursing

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • HWC (Healthcare Worker Certification)
• Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Kentucky

• Patient Ratios: Up to 1:6 with PCA assistance
• Patient Population: All ages
• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: COPD, post-operative joint care, diabetic population

• Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
• Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel staff
