Travel Therapist Opportunity - Ohio (West Chester / Dayton Areas)

Position Overview

• Role: Outpatient Therapist (Travel)
• Specialty: Therapist
• Location: West Chester and Dayton, Ohio (must be willing to work at both locations)
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
• Call Requirements: None
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individual, and family therapy.
• Work with patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care.
• Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (Master’s preferred).
• Ohio Social Work or Counseling License required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the specialty.
• Prior experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• Prior group therapy experience with dual diagnosis patients is required.

• Experience with mood disorders is common in this role.
