Travel RN Opportunity – Chesterfield, Missouri

Position Details

• Specialty: Rehab (Med/Surg) Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Chesterfield, Missouri
• Employment Type: Travel Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Float Requirements: Must float within 5 hospital units (Stroke, Comprehensive, Medically Complex, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury)
• Patient Population: Adults (18+ years)
• Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:6-7 during the day, 1:8 at night; each nurse has a dedicated tech
• Number of Beds: 81 private rooms
• Electronic Health Record (EHR): Epic

Required Qualifications

• Licensure: RN licensed in Missouri
• Certifications: BLS (CPR) Certification
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty (Rehab/Med-Surg)
• Education: RN Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN)

• Inpatient rehabilitation hospital focused on recovery from strokes, brain/spinal cord injuries, amputations, trauma, cancer, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions
• Specialized units including brain injury and stroke care with dedicated therapy spaces and equipment

Additional Information

• Masking and Vaccination Policy: Influenza vaccination required or approved exemption with mask-wearing during flu season (Nov 1 – Mar 31)
• Scrub Color: Black scrubs required; must wear agency-provided ID badge
• Reporting Time: 6:30 PM; report to Charge Nurse on arrival
