Seeking an experienced RN to serve as an MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing/extended care unit. The facility is a full-service hospital with modern equipment and a focus on compassionate care.

• Unit: Extended Care Unit / Skilled Nursing (2nd Floor)
• Beds: 60
• Patient Population: Geriatric
• Shift: 9 AM - 5 PM, flexible
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Weekend Hours: Flexible
• Call Requirements: Potential
• Equipment: Computers
• EHR system: Not specified

Role & Responsibilities

• Specialty: MDS skilled nursing assessments
• Role: RN / MDS Coordinator
• Must have experience as an MDS Coordinator
• Required Certifications: MDS training, BLS
• Licenses: Registered Nurse License
• Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred (1+ required, but 2 years preferred)
• Personality Fit: Self-starter

Additional Notes

• Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays
• No float requirements
