Travel RN - Emergency Department
Location: Hickory, North Carolina
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Overview

- Equipment: Critical care equipment
Required Qualifications
- Licensure: Registered Nurse License
- Certifications:
- ACLS
- PALS or ENPC
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)
- BLS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Emergency Services specialty (highest required)
- Skills:
- Good patient experience skills with patients and families
- Critical care thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience in fast-paced ED settings
- Experience with strokes, STEMIs, and trauma cases
- Personality Fit: Energetic and knowledgeable
Additional Information
- Float Requirements: Assist in other areas where competent
- Dress Code: Scrubs of any color allowed; hoodies and inappropriate t-shirts are not acceptable
- Trauma Level: Not officially designated, but receives all trauma cases
