Location: Hickory, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

- Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric
- Patient Ratios: Typically 2:1, occasionally 1:1
- Equipment Used: Impella, IABP, CRRT
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: Cerner
- Trauma Level: 3
Position Details
- Specialty: CABG, TAVR, STEMI, Carotids
- Shift: Not specified
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: Every other weekend or as needed
- Call Requirements: No on-call
- Float Requirements: Per scheduled rotation
- Dress Code: Professional scrubs of any color
Required Qualifications
- Specialty: RN with CVICU experience
- Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty (CVICU)
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Certification
- Licenses: Registered Nurse License
- Education: Associate Nursing Degree required
- Preferred: CCRN certification
- Must Have Skills: At least 1 year CVICU experience after orientation
- Personality Fit: Strong critical thinking skills

- Orientation is provided twice monthly
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
