Job Opportunity: RN - Rehab (Travel)
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Facility Type: 66-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
Job Summary
Provide specialized nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting focused on patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The hospital is CARF-accredited for comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation and specialty programs in brain and spinal cord injury.
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Shift: Days
- Weekly Hours: 36 (guaranteed)
- Weekend Hours: Variable
- Call: None
Patient Population
- Inpatient rehab, primarily geriatric and neurological patients
- Patient ratio: 7:1
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree (LVN, ADN, BSN or higher)
- Active RN license valid in Texas (multistate or TX license accepted)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (based on highest requirement)
Preferred Experience
- At least 1 year as a nurse in a relevant setting
- Experience with neurological patient care preferred
