Location: Crown Point, Indiana
Facility Setting: Freestanding 40-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Float Requirement: May be required to float to St. Mary ARU-Hobart unit as needed
• Facility Size: 40 beds

Preferred Experience

• Acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but strong applicants with less experience will be considered
• Required years of experience in specialty: 2 years (higher value between 1-2 years interpreted as 2 years)

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Indiana

• Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs
• Parking: Employee parking lot at rear of building
