Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Crown Point, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Facility & Setting

• Freestanding 40-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
• May be required to float to other units, specifically St. Mary ARU-Hobart

Schedule

• Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• If contract is renewed, 1 Saturday coverage per month is requested if able

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy specialty
• Acute rehab experience preferred, but strong applicants with other experience will be considered

EMR System

• EPIC

Additional Information

• Position is a replacement for permanent staff
• Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrub colors
• Parking available in employee parking lot at rear of building

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana
