Job Summary

Seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech to work in the Interventional Cardiology department. The role involves supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a 90-bed facility with adult patient population.

• Call Requirements: More than 12 days per contract
• Float Requirements: Interventional Radiology on occasion
• Equipment: GE systems
• Electronic Health Record (EHR): Cerner
• Patient Population: Adult
• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)
• Procedures: Diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including manifold, IVUS, FFR, IVL, Impella, IABP, pre/post unit care
• Orientation: Bi-weekly

Required Qualifications

• Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech (Interventional Cardiology)
• Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years in specialty
• Certifications: BLS required
• Licenses: Cath Lab Tech License required
• Skills: Experience with diagnostic and interventional procedures in cardiac cath lab
• Personality: Team player

• Scrub color provided by hospital
• Staff covers Cath Lab, Stress Testing, TEE, Tilt testing
• Trauma Level: Not specified
