Patient Population: Adults aged 18-65 with anxiety, depression, manic disorders, borderline personality, suicidal ideation
Patient Ratios: 1:6
Unit Beds: 14 (Average Daily Census ~7)
EHR System: MediTech
Float Requirements: May be required to float within a 25-mile radius

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa
Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health nursing experience, with at least some experience within the last year
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
Prior travel experience in Behavioral Health nursing is preferred
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)
Onboarding Requirements:
- Iowa SING Background Check (criminal and child abuse portions) – no exceptions
- All background checks fully cleared prior to start (no instant or statewide searches accepted)
- Mandatory reporter certification (child and adult)
- 10-panel drug test including opiates
- Immunization titers within last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB)

This position is ideal for experienced Behavioral Health RNs with prior travel experience seeking a 13-week travel assignment in Iowa.
