Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
  • Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, including experience within the last year
  • Certifications required:
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Fetal Monitoring (intermediate level completed at minimum; advanced level current preferred)
  • Experience with AWHONN patient care standards
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Experience working with neonate patients
  • LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum) experience
  • NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) experience
