- Weekend Hours: 23

- Number of Beds: 5 (expanding to 10 beds soon)
- Patient Ratios: 2-3 patients per nurse
- Patient Population: Adults and Geriatric (No pediatrics)
- Common Diagnoses/Treatments: DKA, CVA, CP, post-surgical care, electrolyte imbalances, overdose, psychiatric (suicidal ideation)
- Equipment Used: Ventilators, BiPAPs, drips, glucometers, etc.
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: Medhost
Required Certifications and Licenses
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification
- Registered Nurse License valid in Tennessee
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
- Minimum 1 year of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Information
- Orientation occurs bi-weekly on Mondays
- Must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as a travel nurse
- Tennessee Abuse Registry check required prior to assignment start
- Personality fit: Team-oriented, able to get along well with others
- Dress code: Scrubs of any color; casual wear is not acceptable
