Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Assignment
Location: Crown Point, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel
Facility Setting
- Freestanding 40-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
- May be required to float to other units as needed (specifically to an Acute Rehabilitation Unit in a nearby location)
Work Schedule
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- If contract is renewed: 1 Saturday coverage per month, if able
Specialty & Experience
- Specialty: Physical Therapy (PT)
- Required Years of Experience: 2 years (acute rehab experience preferred, but strong applicants with less experience will be considered)
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System
- EPIC
Additional Information
- Reason for opening: Replacement of permanent staff
- Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs
- Parking: Employee parking lot at the rear of the building
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience, including experience within the last year
