Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Location: Clyde, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

- Weekend Hours: Every other weekend

- Equipment: Telemetry
- Electronic Health Record (EHR): Paragon
- Patient Population: Adult cardiac observation, post cardiac cath lab patients, cardioversions
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience in Cardiac specialty, including experience within the last year
- Step-down/ICU experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Additional Information
- Orientation is bi-weekly
- Team-oriented environment with emphasis on good communication skills and flexibility
- Dress Code: Navy scrubs; offensive tattoos and non-facility tops are not acceptable

- Prior travel experience is not specified as required
- Patient care involves cardiac diagnoses and treatments in a progressive care setting
