Physical Therapist Travel Job - North Carolina

Location: Sylva, NC
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Outpatient orthopedic and neurological physical therapy
  • Schedule: 3 to 5 days outpatient ortho/neuro, 2 days acute care
  • Weekend hours unlikely; occasional weekend help may be needed if staff are out
  • No on-call requirements
  • Possible occasional float depending on staff availability
  • Patient ratio: 1:1 therapy
  • Facility size: 48 beds
  • Electronic Health Records: Redoc (outpatient), Paragon (acute care)

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
  • Minimum 6 months (0.5 years) of Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS certification
  • Pelvic floor therapy skills or experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with lymphedema therapy (not required)

Additional Information

  • Orientation schedule available throughout the year
  • No prior travel experience explicitly required for this role
