Registered Nurse (ICU) - Travel Assignment

Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide nursing care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
Work in a Joint Commission Accredited facility with specialized certifications including Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and Certified Primary Stroke Center.
Facility offers a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services.
Orientation is held weekly on Mondays.
Travel candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), with ICU experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Additional Information

The location offers year-round sunshine and access to outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, biking, ATV riding, hunting, and horseback riding.
The area is known for scenic trails and nearby natural attractions.
