Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Med Surg/Tele) experience
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Additional Information
- Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
- Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel staff
- Professional demeanor and fit required
- Dress code: Any scrub color allowed
- No call responsibilities
This position offers the opportunity to work in a fully accredited, Level III Trauma Center with a diverse adult and geriatric patient population in a well-established healthcare facility.
