Unit: Intermediate Care Unit (2nd Floor)
Number of Beds: 12
Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
Patient Ratio: 4:1
Shift: Not specified
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
Call Requirements: None
Float Requirements: Yes, to Telemetry and Critical Care at times
Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: MEDITECH MEDHOST

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky
Minimum 2 years of Intermediate Care experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Cardiac nursing experience

Job Description Highlights
