Registered Nurse - Med Surg Telemetry
Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Unit: Med Surg Telemetry (Tele Med/Surgical)
- Shift: See shift details (typically 36 guaranteed hours/week)
- Weekend Hours: Every other weekend / as needed
- Call Requirements: As needed
- Patient Ratio: 1:6
- Patient Population: All ages
- EHR System: Meditech
- Float Requirements: May float to other Med Surg units as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
- Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience, with Telemetry experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Certifications:
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
- Health and Wellness Certification (HWC)

- Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays
