Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Travel Position

Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Specialty: Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)
Shift: Days
Weekly Hours: 32 hours guaranteed
Weekend Hours: Rotating coverage
Call Requirements: None
Patient Population: Adult and geriatric patients
Unit Beds: 10
Float Requirements: Possible inpatient float

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Arizona
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience, including experience within the last year

Additional Information

Trauma Level: Level III
Electronic Health Records used: Cerner, NetHealth
Dress Code: Any color scrubs or business casual (slacks and polo); t-shirts and sweatshirts are not acceptable

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
No call or overnight shifts required
Position involves working primarily in an acute rehab setting with a wide variety of diagnoses and treatments
