Registered Nurse (NICU) - Travel Position

Location: Winchester, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

Beds: 4 labor rooms, 9 postpartum, 4 NICU beds
Patient Ratios: 3:1 in NICU
Equipment: CPAP, Ventilator, UVC, IV
Electronic Health Records (EHR): Meditech and OB Tracevue
Patient Population: Laboring/postpartum mothers and newborns

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care) experience at level 2 or higher
NICU experience within the last year
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and STABLE (must have prior to start)
Postpartum/Well Baby Nursery experience (required for floating)

Respiratory distress
Hypoglycemia

Additional Information

Orientation is weekly on Mondays
Scrub attire: solid colors only, no prints
No call requirements
