Physical Therapist Travel Job – Oklahoma City, OK

Job Details

• Discipline: Physical Therapist (PT)

• Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
• Contract Length: 12 weeks
• Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
• Weekend Hours: Weekends preferred and flexible, but not required
• Call Requirements: None

Facility & Unit Information

• Inpatient rehabilitation setting with approximately 35 beds
• Patient ratio: 1 PT to 6 patients
• Patient population includes neurological diagnoses, orthopedic conditions, and debility
• Standard equipment and electronic health record system in use
• Therapy department focused on stroke, brain/spinal cord injury, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other rehab conditions

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification
• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute/rehabilitation hospital settings highly preferred
• Cooperative team player with a strong desire to work collaboratively

Additional Information

• Masking and influenza vaccination policies apply during flu season (Nov 1 – Mar 31), with exemptions requiring documentation
• Patient care includes use of advanced rehab tools and therapies such as robotic exoskeletons and virtual reality rehab tools
• No float or call requirements
• First day reporting time: 8:00 AM
• Scrub color: Black
