Position Overview
Seeking a Therapist to work in an assessment specialist role within a fast-paced environment. The position involves performing assessments for incoming patients to determine if they meet admission criteria for inpatient care.
Shift:
7:00 AM – 7:30 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Weekly guaranteed hours: 40
No weekend hours beyond scheduled shift
No call requirements
Patient Population & Common Diagnoses
- Addiction
- Mental Health
Required Qualifications
- Valid Mental Health license in Indiana
- Minimum of 2 years of Mental Health experience, including experience within the last year
- Licensed as LSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMHA
- A degree in nursing or a Master's degree in counseling
Preferred Skills
- Experience performing assessments for patient admission criteria
Work Environment & Dress Code
- Business casual attire (scrubs)
- Jeans are not acceptable
Additional Notes
- No electronic health record (EHR) system used
- Personality fit: Type A
