During an operation, surgical technologists pass the sterile instruments and supplies to surgeons and first assistants. Cons

Health insurance offerings need work. The plan offered is basically no insurance - does not cover hospitalizations or even ER visits. We’re not talking high deductible…we’re talking no coverage it at all. Also no vision or dental.
