What does a PICU nurse do? PICU nurses care for children in intensive care units. They generally work in either community hospitals or specialty hospitals. They monitor patients, administer medication and treatments, and use equipment such as catheters, intravenous lines, and feeding tubes.

Responsive, friendly, advocated for me. High paying agency, no issues with payroll for me or reimbursements. Nirali and the team are amazing to work with!

Cons

Health insurance offerings need work. The plan offered is basically no insurance - does not cover hospitalizations or even ER visits. We’re not talking high deductible…we’re talking no coverage it at all. Also no vision or dental.
