Operating room nurses provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on best-in-class operating procedures, nursing disciplines, and patient safety protocols. They coordinate and consult with other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement and evaluate both minor and major operations.

Responsive, friendly, advocated for me. High paying agency, no issues with payroll for me or reimbursements. Nirali and the team are amazing to work with!

Cons

Health insurance offerings need work. The plan offered is basically no insurance - does not cover hospitalizations or even ER visits. We’re not talking high deductible…we’re talking no coverage it at all. Also no vision or dental.
