Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the Medical/Surgical unit.
Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EHR system (Meditech).
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Assist in post-anesthesia recovery and same-day surgery services.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
Minimum of one year of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting preferred.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
