Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry to provide essential patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemetry nursing and demonstrate a commitment to high standards of clinical practice.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Utilize telemetry monitoring to assess and manage patients with cardiac conditions.
Administer medications and manage IV therapy, including blood product administration and central line care.
Provide respiratory care including treatments and management of airway equipment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required, with telemetry experience.
Current RN license in the state of Maryland.
ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS certifications preferred.
Proficient in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and central line management.
