Schedule

Night shift, 4x12 hours (18:45 - 07:15), weekdays with every other weekend coverage.

Job Description

The MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a busy telemetry unit. The RN will manage and monitor patients with acute care needs, ensuring that they receive appropriate treatments and interventions.

Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry patients and interpret dysrhythmias.
Administer medications and manage IV therapies.
Provide care and management for patients with various conditions including respiratory, neurological, and cardiovascular issues.
Float to other units including ICU as needed to meet patient care requirements.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum 2 years of acute care/telemetry nursing experience.
Current BCLS and ACLS certifications are required; PALS certification preferred.
Experience with telemetry monitoring and IV therapy/Phlebotomy is essential.
Must possess a valid RN license.
