Night shift: 4x12 Hours (18:45 - 07:15), every other weekend.

Job Description

The MS/Tele Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry setting. The ideal candidate should have experience in acute care and be comfortable handling pediatric and adolescent patients as needed. This role may require floating to different units, including ICU, to meet patient care needs. The nurse will work alongside LPNs and report to the House Supervisor as needed for support.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with telemetry and medical-surgical needs.
• Manage and monitor patients on telemetry.
• Administer medications and treatments as required.
• Perform assessments and interpret nursing data.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care/telemetry nursing experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with Cerner charting system is preferred.
