12-hour night shifts, 7 PM to 7 AM, working 36 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a Float Pool position. The RN will be required to float among various departments, including Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical/Oncology/Surgical Med/Surg units, and ER holds. As this is a true float role, candidates must be comfortable working in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care across multiple units, including Progressive Care, Medical, Oncology, Surgical, and Emergency Departments.
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes effectively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Dysrhythmia testing certification.
Experience with Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) preferred.
