Night shift: 4 x 10 hours (21:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

The Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality surgical care to patients across various specialties. The RN will work in a Level I trauma center and be involved in a broad range of surgical procedures, including General, GYN, and Robotic surgeries.

Responsibilities

Circulate and scrub for various surgical procedures.
Maintain a sterile field and adhere to safety protocols during surgical operations.
Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Adhere to infection control and safety standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Operating Room.
Previous charge experience is required.
Valid ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
EPIC charting experience is required.
Preference for teaching hospital experience.
Experience in vascular and general surgery procedures.
