Nursing Position - Holiday Rotation

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled nursing professional for a holiday rotation position. The ideal candidate will have Epic experience and be prepared to deliver exceptional patient care within our facility.

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered care and services
Utilize Epic software for patient documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Participate in patient education and discharge planning

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid nursing license (Nursys)
Experience with Epic systems
Successful completion of Catholic Core Competencies and Skills Checklists
Appreciation of Catholic health principles and practices
Drug screening and background checks as required
