Schedule

12-hour day shifts (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM), with every other weekend required. No self-scheduling; schedules based on facility needs.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients and assisting them in their recovery processes. The focus will be on short-term skilled patients requiring rehabilitation and therapy to regain strength and return home.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and perform wound care.
Provide foley/cath care, PEG tube feedings, ostomy care, and tracheostomy care.
Manage IVs, PICC lines, mediports, and central lines.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including PT, OT, SLP, and social services.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current RN license.
CPR certification required before the first day of work.
Experience with IVs, PICC lines, and other specialized patient care.
