Schedule

Night 3x12-Hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a specialty in rehabilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a rehab setting, demonstrating strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and monitor patient progress in rehabilitation programs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and expected outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation nursing.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be preferred.
