Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts, 7 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. The RN will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with the healthcare team to monitor and manage patients' conditions.

Responsibilities

Monitor patients’ vital signs and telemetry data.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other health professionals.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and care.
Document patient care accurately and timely in medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Must have a valid permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
