Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00), every other weekend coverage

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our MS/Tele team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a passion for providing quality patient care. You will be responsible for delivering care to a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatric patients, with various medical and surgical diagnoses.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
Provide education and support to patients and families.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Coordinate care across the healthcare team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications preferred.
Experience with Epic charting system required.
Charge experience preferred.
LTAC experience preferred.
Skills in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and blood product administration preferred.
