Job Description

The 3 West Cardiovascular Medical Telemetry unit requires a skilled Registered Nurse to provide quality nursing care for medical patients, specifically with an emphasis on cardiovascular disease. Utilizing a team approach, the RN will collaborate with health team members to deliver optimal care and education in a supportive environment for staff growth and development.

Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond to emergencies.
Interpret and manage dysrhythmias effectively.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Advocate for patients' needs and provide education.
Participate in team nursing approach with assigned patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a telemetry or cardiovascular setting.
BLS and ACLS certifications required; preference for those with specific telemetry skills.
WV/Compact RN License required.
