This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

The RN will work three 12-hour shifts per week, primarily during the day. Every 3rd to 4th weekend will be required, along with 1-2 days of on-call duties including CVOR call.

Job Description

The RN will primarily work in CVOR, assisting with open-heart surgeries, and may be required to float to General OR if there are no open-heart cases available. Candidates must have clear current CVOR surgical experience to be considered.

Responsibilities

Assist in open-heart surgical procedures in the CVOR.
Float to General OR as needed.
Participate in on-call rotation, particularly for CVOR cases.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of two years of open-heart surgical experience required.
Experience with DaVinci Robot is required.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Minimal RTO is preferred, with willingness to work or take call during upcoming holidays for priority consideration.
