Night shift: 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) with weekdays and every other weekend coverage.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse with a preference for oncology experience. This RN role involves working in a 12-bed inpatient oncology unit, providing comprehensive nursing care and managing a variety of patient diagnoses including bladder, breast, lung, and colorectal cancers.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and manage ongoing treatment for oncology patients.
• Conduct symptom management and provide supportive care for patients undergoing cancer treatment.
• Oversee the administration of medications and monitor vital signs.
• Manage central lines, ports, and perform phlebotomy as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical/surgical setting.
• Preferred experience in oncology nursing.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS. ONS chemo/bio certification is preferred.
• Active RN license required.
