Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the MS/Tele specialty will provide essential care to patients requiring medical and surgical telemetry. This position demands high proficiency in monitoring patient telemetry and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams regarding patient status.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
• AHA BLS & ACLS certification required.
• MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start.
• ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED.
• Charge RN references accepted.
