Job Description

The Labor & Delivery RN position includes responsibilities in the Post-Partum and Baby Unit. The role requires flexibility to float to other units and to care for overflow from the Progressive Care Unit.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients.
Monitor and assess the health status of mothers and newborns.
Float to other units as needed based on patient care demands.
Participate in department quarterly education sessions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience in Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, and Baby Unit preferred.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
