Schedule

Day shift, 4x10 hours (07:00 - 17:30), with on-call requirements every three to fourth weekend and 5-6 weeknight shifts in a 4-week schedule.

Job Description

The Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for performing various cardiac catheterization procedures, including diagnostic and interventional techniques. The role requires proficiency in maintaining sterile techniques, prepping access sites, and ensuring patient safety during procedures. Experience in neurologic studies and procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep access site and scrub to maintain sterile field.
• Conduct diagnostic catheterizations and various interventional procedures.
• Utilize fluoroscopic equipment and maintain infection control standards.
• Assist in cardiac arrhythmias and neurologic studies as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cardiac cath lab setting.
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and ARRT is required.
• New Jersey licensure is required prior to start.
