Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in ICU patient care. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Level I trauma center and should be comfortable floating to a variety of Intensive Care Units (ICUs) including neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and progressive critical care units. This position will also involve care for ICU/PCC patients in the Emergency Department (ED) and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) awaiting bed placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients across various ICU settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and manage patient health status, including vital signs and lab results.
• Float between different ICUs as necessary to meet patient needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Epic experience is required.
• Experience at a Level I trauma center is preferred.
• Proven ability to float to multiple ICUs, with strong skills in caring for complex critical care patients.
• Current RN licensure and certifications as required for critical care.
