Registered Nurse - Acute Care

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

12-hour evening and night shifts on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care in an acute care setting. The role requires experience with the EPIC Charting System and adherence to established unit protocols.

Responsibilities

Utilize EPIC Charting System for patient documentation
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes
Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care
Provide education and support to patients and families

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current New York State Licensure
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Flu vaccination required
Prior experience in an acute care setting preferred
