Schedule

Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30). Call required: 2 times per schedule, with weekend coverage every other week.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have experience in various surgical specialties, including vascular, neuro, orthopedic, and robotic surgeries. Ability to scrub and circulate in the Operating Room is essential.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical procedures.
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced trauma center environment.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including surgeons and anesthetists, to ensure optimal surgical outcomes.
• Maintain sterile field and comply with infection control protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition during procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of current acute care Operating Room experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Preferred experience with trauma level I or II facilities.
• Robotic surgery and ENT experience preferred.
• Knowledge in various surgical procedures, including vascular, neuro, orthopedic, and general surgery.
